- CREDIT TERMS: All new customer orders will ship C.O.D. until a credit application has been submitted, processed, and approved by Plastigraphics, Inc. Credit Department. For your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Plastigraphics Credit Department will reserve the option of requiring payment in advance and to establish credit limits. Past due accounts will be charged at the rate of 1.5% per month. Accounts with past due balances will, at the discretion of Plastigraphics Credit Department, be placed on Credit Hold.
- MINIMUM BILLING: $20 per order. Sales less than $20 can be paid by cash or Credit Card.
- SALES TAX: All Ohio accounts claiming a sales tax exemption will be required to file an exemption certificate with the Accounting Department.
- WARRANTY: Plastigraphics, Inc. guarantees all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and to be produced in accordance with the customer's specifications at the time of delivery. Claims for defects in materials or workmanship should be filed immediately upon receipt of products by the customer. Proper packaging and insurance for goods being returned due to warranty is the responsibility of the customer.
- RETURNS: No returns will be accepted without a proper Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns MUST be freight prepayed. We will not accept collect freight shipments.
- FREIGHT: FOB Plastigraphics unless otherwise noted. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice.
- QUOTATIONS: All quotations will be written; will be signed by an officer of Plastigraphics, Inc.; will include a description of Plastigraphics' intended method of manufacture; and will include pricing.
- PURCHASE ORDERS: Plastigraphics will accept your company's purchase order, E-mail, or a signed copy of our written quotation. Verbal or phone orders must be confirmed in writing.
- CHANGE ORDERS: Customers can stop progress of an order by placing a telephone call, but changes must be in writing and must acknowledge responsibility for added charges (if any).
- APPROVAL BY CUSTOMERS: Plastigraphics will furnish a graphic representation of custom orders. A graphic representation will not be furnished for standard or repeat orders. The customer is asked to approve these in writing. NOTE: If Plastigraphics has followed the customer's instructions and a change is initiated by the customer, the customer is expected to pay for any work completed which needs to be redone.
- CANCELLATIONS: In the event an order is cancelled, a charge will be assessed to compensate Plastigraphics for all work performed prior to notification.
- DELIVERY: Estimated delivery time will be indicated on Plastigraphics' Quotation and will vary according to the type of product ordered.
